With more than a decade of service in the College Planning field, Dave Karp has helped hundreds of families to make the right choices for their childrens' higher education needs. He has saved his clients thousands of dollars in college costs and has helped hundreds of students to get into the right schools and has been featured in several publications including Smart Money and The Patriot-News. A Virginia native (and avid golfer), Dave lives in the Hershey area with his wife, Michele; he enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Joshua M. Etterman, Operations Manager

Josh has worked with Complete College Solutions since January 2002, building on an already accomplished career in education policy. He is responsible for developing relationships with our preferred student loan lenders (getting our clients special rate reductions), researching matters related to Financial Aid and the Higher Education Act and keeps our staff and clients up to date on important information. Active on many issues, he lives in Camp Hill with his wife Amy and their small farm of dogs and cats.

Mike has been working with Complete College Solutions since November 2000. Mike aids in negotiations with colleges as well as taking care of necessary paperwork for Federal, state and institutional filings. Mike takes care of organizing backroom workflow operations ensuring excellent customer service and keeps the office running smoothly. Currently working on his Business degree, Mike lives in Hershey and enjoys any and all outdoor activities.

Tina Baker, Guidance Counselor

Tina Baker joined Complete College Solutions as a consultant during the fall of 2001. She is a former high school counselor with experience from Susquenita High School and Cedar Cliff High School. Tina earned her Bachelor of Science and her Master of Education degrees from Shippensburg Univeristy, where she also worked for two years in the admissions office. Tina has been a Nationally Certified Counselor since 1996.

Mistie Demko, Guidance Counselor

Mistie joined Complete College Solutions in the fall of 2003 due to an overwhelming demand for guidance services. An Olympic-caliber athlete, Mistie worked as a teacher and guidance counselor in Central Pennsylvania. She works with our clients to assist in the college selection process.

Amy KS Bockis, Guidance Counselor

Amy joined Complete College Solutions as a guidance counselor in the fall of 2005. She is a former college adviser for first-year students at Penn State University; in addition, she provided personal counseling for college students. Amy earned her Bachelor of Science in Anthropology at Juniata College and earned her Master of Education in College Student Affairs: College Counseling at The Pennsylvania State University. Her primary goal is to help ease the anxiety and stress that often accompany the search for colleges and the seemingly endless tasks that must be completed before a student is accepted into a college or university.

Johnanna Jones, Guidance Counselor

Johanna Jones joined Complete College Solutions as a guidance counselor in August 2005. She is a certified secondary school counselor who has worked with students of all ages for nearly 15 years. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work from Shippensburg University. She worked as a social worker and as a case manager and counselor for Tressler Lutheran Services for 5 years before returning to Shippensburg to obtain her Master of Education with certification in secondary school counseling. She works as a guidance counselor for a Cumberland County school district.
